STOCKHOLM, October 27, 2023-Swedish deep tech company, Exeger, today announces they have signed a contract with a multinational technology company, ranked one of the world's five most valuable brands by Interbrand. The company will integrate Exeger’s solar cell technology, Powerfoyle, into a product to offer their users the ultimate experience in convenience. Expected volumes in the first years are in the millions.
 
Exeger will provide their unique solar cell design and integration know-how to support the company in its manufacturing of a light-powered product, which is currently in development. The Powerfoyle powered product is planned to be on the shelves during 2024.

Powerfoyle is a solar cell technology that converts all forms of light into electricity to continuously power devices. It is the only fully customizable solar cell on the market. The ultra-thin solar cells and flexible design, will enable the multinational technology company to integrate self-charging capabilities into its products without compromising on visual aesthetics.
 
The solar cell is made from abundantly available raw materials, is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. The solar cells are manufactured in two factories in Stockholm, Sweden. These factories run on 100% renewable energy, emit no toxic emissions, and boast a combined annual capacity of 2.5 million square meters when fully scaled.
 
A wide variety of electronic products can benefit from Powerfoyle as an energy source, which can reduce or eliminate the need for conventional charging methods and disposable batteries.
